Not medical advice
VitaLog is a personal health record and organization tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing within the app — including health scores, trend charts, risk indicators, AI chat responses, or doctor-visit summaries — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. VitaLog is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.
In an emergency
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not rely on VitaLog, including its emergency health card feature, as a substitute for emergency medical care.
AI-generated content
VitaLog's AI features generate responses based on patterns in data and general medical knowledge, using your own records as context where you have enabled that. AI-generated content can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. It is provided to help you understand and organize your own information and prepare for conversations with healthcare professionals — never as a replacement for their advice.
Accuracy of scanned data
Values extracted from scanned lab reports, prescriptions, and other documents using optical character recognition and AI extraction may contain errors, particularly for handwritten or low-quality documents. Always verify extracted values against the original document before making any health-related decision based on them.
No doctor-patient relationship
Using VitaLog does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or any other professional healthcare relationship between you and Greymet Technology. VitaLog does not employ or credential healthcare providers to review your data.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the decisions you make regarding your health, including whether and how to act on information presented in VitaLog. Always consult a qualified physician or other licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication, treatment, or health regimen.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greymet Technology disclaims all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from reliance on information presented in or generated by VitaLog. See our full Terms of Service for the complete limitation of liability.
