Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the VitaLog application, or by accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use VitaLog.

This document is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before use in a live product handling real users.

Description of service

VitaLog is a personal health record application that helps you scan, organize, and understand health documents such as lab reports, prescriptions, and vitals. Optional features include an AI-powered assistant, wearable device sync, and encrypted cloud backup to your own Google account. VitaLog is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Not medical advice

VitaLog is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is a tool for organizing and understanding your own health information. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. See our full Medical Disclaimer for more detail.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use VitaLog. Profiles created for a minor must be set up and supervised by a parent or lawful guardian. VitaLog does not require a central account to use core features; where you connect third-party services such as Google Sign-In, you are also subject to that provider's own terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use VitaLog for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application beyond what is permitted by law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's data or account.
  • Use the application in any way that could disable, damage, or impair its operation.
  • Upload content that infringes on the rights of others.

Your content & data ownership

You retain full ownership of the health records, documents, and other content you add to VitaLog. We claim no ownership over your content. Where AI features are enabled, you grant us a limited, temporary right to process the specific content necessary to fulfil that individual request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Pricing & fees

VitaLog's core functionality is currently available free of charge. We may introduce optional paid tiers or features in the future; if we do, pricing and billing terms will be presented clearly before any charge is made, and this section will be updated accordingly.

Third-party services

VitaLog integrates with third-party services you choose to connect, including Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Sign-In, Apple HealthKit, Android Health Connect, and one or more AI providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Intellectual property

The VitaLog name, logo, application, and website — excluding your own content — are the property of Greymet Technology and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

VitaLog is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greymet Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, VitaLog.

Termination

You may stop using VitaLog and delete your account at any time directly within the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for anyone who violates these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law in your jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page, and continued use of VitaLog after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
